How We Give Back

Boutwell Properties loves giving back through nonprofit organizations. We are grateful for opportunities to donate our time, resources, and support to causes that help families in our community.
One organization close to our hearts is Family Ties Family Resource Services, a child and family crisis center that provides support for families facing child abuse-related issues.
We value our area schools and the dedicated teachers and staff who go the extra mile for students every year.
Each year, Boutwell Properties donates giant pumpkins to local schools to use for fundraisers, classroom activities, and fun learning competitions. We also enjoy treating teachers and staff with lunches, breakfasts, drink days, and seasonal surprises.
Community involvement also means supporting local youth sports and organizations. Boutwell Properties is proud to sponsor groups such as Fairfield Sports Association, Longwood Swim Team, and individual teams throughout the area.
We enjoy helping make each season special with support, encouragement, and fun swag bags for the kids.
We love being active in local events and traditions that bring people together. Some favorites include Longwood’s 4th of July Parade, Tomball German Fest, Bridgeland Nature Fest, FSA Opening Day Parade, Texas Renaissance Festival, Fairfield Candy Cane Fun Run, and more.
You may even spot us with Santa, the Easter Bunny, Reddy, or another special guest at community events throughout the year.
