Boutwell Properties loves to give back to the community through non profit organizations. Donating our time, resources, and helping others to get involved as well, makes our hearts happy.

Family Ties Family Resourse Services is one of the non-profits we work with. They are a child and family crisis center that provides services to help with child abuse issues.

Our Area Schools
We value our area Schools. The dedicated teachers and staff of our local schools go the extra mile each year for our children. We love to get involved to help make the year a fun, educational, and successful year for both the teachers and students.
Every year, Boutwell Properties donates Giant Pumpkins to each school to use as either a fundraiser, or just a fun way to include math into a compitition to win the giant pumpkin. 
We love to spoil the teachers and staff with special lunches, breakfasts, fun drink days, and even valentines day suprises. 
Boutwell Properties will sometimes surprise the students in the car rider line with a special friend, The Easter Bunny, Santa Clause, or a special mascot. Each year you will find us at the Fairfield Elementary Sock Hop, a big community event.

Sponorships

Our community involvement wouldn't be complete without being able to help to sponsor our areas local sports associations. Boutwell Properties is an active Sponsor for the Fairfield Sports Associations, The Longwood Swim Team, and several individual teams for other associations. We enjoy spoiling the kids with swag bags full of goodies to help make their season fun.

Community Events

We LOVE being active in the community and that means being involved with our community events. Some of our favorite annual events include Longwood's 4th of July Parade, The Tomball German Fest, Bridgeland Nature Fest, FSA Opening Day Parade, The Texas Renaissance Festival, Fairfield Candy Cane Fun Run, and so many more.
