We have built strong, lasting relationships with the areas best real estate photographers. We ensure that all of our properties listed, have professional photos. Our photographers have a great eye and they will help to ensure the lighting is perfect, cords are hidden, and a room is photo ready before taking the image. We also receive the photos back within 24 hours (sometimes the same day), which helps to get the property listed on the MLS fast. Our brokerage provides this service for all of our customers at no fee to them. Depending on the property, we also offer drone images, luxury home videos, virtual staging, and more.
IN HOUSE MARKETING
Here at Boutwell Properties we have a full time Marketing Coordinator. They handle everything from updating our website, open house ads, social media marketing, print marketing, and making sure everything is "Reddy" before we list a property.
ONLINE ADVERTISING
With so many people searching for properties online, much of our advertising is online. We run ads on Google, which is the #1 search engine. We also will place property ads in the Community Impact which has a large online presence. For equestrian, land or commerical listings, we will place ads on Loopnet, Land and Farm, and more.

To list a home on the MLS in most areas you need to be a certified REALTOR. Here at Boutwell Properties, all of our Sales Agents are Realtors. We are apart of several Multiple Listing Services, In Houston, Austin, and Bryan/College Station. These MLS websites feed into thousands of other online real estate websites.
