Spring Area Weight Loss and Wellness

My journey part 1.

A little over 2 and half years ago I was out of shape, everything hurt, low energy and pre-diabetic. I met with Lucas Tipton at Vitality Hormones and IV Bar and we came up with a individualized plan. I had been on the weight loss/get healthy journey many times and failed and told him that was not an option this time. My goals were to lose weight, build muscle and get healthy- I have Grandkids that I want to play with and be involved in their life. I am also on video a lot and wanted to be more confident. One thing I did know is that it wouldn’t be permanent if  I lost weight super fast, I wanted to get healthy.  Day 1 they did labs, which by the way was the most detailed lab report I have ever received! Stepped on the dredded scale that showed my body fat, muscle and visciral fat. Visciral fat is the fat around your organs! We came up with a game plan to start with Semiglutide injections, work on loosing fat and increasing muscle mass.

My schedule is pretty busy and going weekly to injections was difficult at times. One day I stopped by for an injection and realized I had on nude spanx under my dress so……. took the injection home and now I mostly do my own injections! My lab reports showed I was deficient in several areas, I had the option of purchasing vitamins at Vitality or I could buy them somewhere else. I liked that they didn’t push products.
